Quotations and acceptance
Quotations are open for acceptance for one month unless otherwise agreed in writing, and the contract is only varied in writing and signed by a director.

Price and quantity
Prices follow the quotation unless otherwise agreed. The supplier may adjust pricing if raw material or labour costs rise, and quantities may vary by up to 30%.

Delivery and risk
Risk passes on delivery. Buyers must inspect before unloading, record damage on the delivery note and report issues in writing within 3 days.

Storage and failed delivery
If delivery is refused or missed, storage, haulage and redelivery charges may apply. Demurrage can also apply once a vehicle is held beyond two hours.

Payment and ownership
Payment is due within 21 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Title remains with EUKIMPEX until the goods are paid for in full.

Liability and law
Liability is limited and excludes consequential loss in the ordinary course, with English law governing the contract.
